Shipping Locations

We ship Washbox products to customers in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Fulfillment Locations

Depending on your location and the product ordered, your items may be shipped from:

  • Our warehouse in Australia
  • Our manufacturing facility in China
  • Local stock in the UK
  • Local stock in the USA

We strategically fulfill orders from the location closest to you to ensure faster delivery times and reduced shipping costs where possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders fulfilled from China may require additional processing time of 3-5 business days before shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the fulfillment center:

Australia:

  • Local stock: 3-7 business days
  • From China: 10-15 business days

United Kingdom:

  • Local stock: 3-5 business days
  • From Australia: 10-14 business days
  • From China: 12-18 business days

United States:

  • Local stock: 3-7 business days
  • From Australia: 10-14 business days
  • From China: 12-18 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the fulfillment location.

For large items such as the Washbox Rocket mobile wash station, additional freight charges may apply. These will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.

Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Large Equipment Delivery

The Washbox Rocket mobile wash station and other large equipment may require special delivery arrangements. Our team will contact you after your order is placed to coordinate delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
